Bourbon-Glazed Sausage with Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans
The same sheet-pan idea, but with bourbon front and center. The cubed sweet potatoes drink up the honey-bourbon drizzle, the green beans get a little blistered, and the whole pan smells like a Sunday dinner.

Ingredients
- 16 oz Bourbon & Honey Smoked Sausage sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 2 large sweet potatoes cubed
- 1 lb fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon bourbon optional but worth it
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the oven to 400°F.
- Whisk the glaze. In a small bowl, stir together the honey, bourbon, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything. On a sheet pan, toss the sausage, sweet potatoes, and green beans with the glaze.
- Roast. Spread in a single layer and roast 25–30 minutes, tossing once, until the sweet potatoes are tender and everything is caramelized.
- Serve. Spoon onto plates while the glaze is still glossy.
