Honey-Garlic Sausage Sheet Pan with Sweet Potatoes & Broccoli
A sticky honey-garlic glaze ties together sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on a single sheet pan. Roast it long enough for the edges to char and you've got dinner that looks like it took a lot more work than it did.

Ingredients
- 14 oz Bourbon & Honey Smoked Sausage sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 2 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 large head broccoli cut into florets
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Start the sweet potatoes. Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on the sheet pan in a single layer and roast 15 minutes — they need a head start.
- Whisk the glaze. While the potatoes roast, whisk the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, cornstarch, and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add and glaze. Pull the pan out, scatter the sausage coins and broccoli florets across the sweet potatoes, and pour the glaze over everything. Toss right on the pan to coat.
- Finish roasting. Return to the oven and roast another 15–20 minutes, until the broccoli edges are charred, the sweet potatoes are tender, and the sausage is glossy with sticky glaze.
- Serve hot. Spoon any extra glaze from the pan over the top.
