Maple Sheet Pan Sausage with Brussels & Apple

Ingredients
- 16 oz Bacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausage sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved
- 1 apple sliced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat. Set the oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Toss everything. Combine the sausage, potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and apple on the sheet pan. Drizzle with the maple syrup and olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Roast. Spread everything in a single layer. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway, until the veggies are tender and the sausage edges are caramelized.
- Serve hot. Pile onto plates straight from the pan.
