Bacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausage

Who would have thought that a combination of pan fried bacon and sweet brown sugar would become our most popular sausage creation. It obviously screams breakfast (or sometimes Meat Candy!) but it’s yours to enjoy any way you want. This sausage is light on the spice to give youngins and the non-spice crowd a real tasty treat of their own. We created this for Levi, our youngest, so that he would eat some meat at his favorite meal, breakfast. From serving up Pigs in a Blanket to frying it in a cast iron skillet, this one is sure to satisfy.
