Ingredients
16ozCajun Smoked Sausagethinly sliced
1large store-bought naan or flatbreador pizza dough rolled thin
1/2cuppizza sauce or roasted red pepper sauce
1cupshredded mozzarella
1/2green bell peppercut into thin strips
1/2red bell peppercut into thin strips
1/2teaspoonCajun seasoning
Fresh parsleychopped, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat. Heat the oven to 425°F.
Build the base. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce evenly to the edges.
Layer up. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce, then arrange the sausage slices and pepper strips across the top.
Season. Dust with Cajun seasoning.
Bake. Slide into the oven for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.
Slice and serve. Garnish with parsley, then cut into squares or strips and serve immediately.
