Glazed Fruit & Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
- 16 oz Bourbon & Honey Smoked Sausage sliced into coins
- 2 apples sliced (Honeycrisp or Pink Lady)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter cut into pieces
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Greek yogurt or warm oatmeal for serving
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the oven to 375°F.
- Build the bake. Toss the sausage, apples, blueberries, butter, and cinnamon in a baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
- Bake. Slide into the oven and bake 20 minutes, until the fruit is bubbly and the sausage is glossy.
- Serve. Spoon over Greek yogurt or warm oatmeal. Plenty of juice from the bake to drizzle over the top.
