16ozBourbon & Honey Smoked Sausagesliced into coins
2applessliced (Honeycrisp or Pink Lady)
1cupfresh or frozen blueberries
2tablespoonunsalted buttercut into pieces
Pinchof ground cinnamon
Greek yogurt or warm oatmealfor serving
Instructions
Preheat. Heat the oven to 375°F.
Build the bake. Toss the sausage, apples, blueberries, butter, and cinnamon in a baking dish. Spread into an even layer.
Bake. Slide into the oven and bake 20 minutes, until the fruit is bubbly and the sausage is glossy.
Serve. Spoon over Greek yogurt or warm oatmeal. Plenty of juice from the bake to drizzle over the top.
