Ingredients
- 16 oz Jalapeño Cheddar Smoked Sausage cut into 3-inch pieces
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 large egg beaten (for egg wash)
- Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
- Ranch dressing or honey mustard for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Cut the dough. Separate the crescent dough into triangles, then cut each triangle into 2 smaller triangles.
- Roll them up. Place a sausage piece at the wide end of each smaller triangle and roll up snugly toward the point.
- Top them. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake. Bake 12–14 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm. Set out with ranch and honey mustard for dipping.
