Ingredients
16ozJalapeño Cheddar Smoked Sausagecut into 3-inch pieces
1can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1large eggbeaten (for egg wash)
Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds
Ranch dressing or honey mustardfor dipping
Instructions
Preheat. Heat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cut the dough. Separate the crescent dough into triangles, then cut each triangle into 2 smaller triangles.
Roll them up. Place a sausage piece at the wide end of each smaller triangle and roll up snugly toward the point.
Top them. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake. Bake 12–14 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm. Set out with ranch and honey mustard for dipping.
