Ingredients
- 16 oz Bourbon & Honey Smoked Sausage sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- ⅓ cup bourbon
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Toothpicks for serving
Instructions
- Build the glaze. In a skillet over medium heat, stir together the bourbon, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the sausage. Drop in the sausage coins and toss to coat.
- Simmer. Cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces to a thick glaze that clings to each piece.
- Serve warm. Transfer to a serving dish and stick a toothpick in each. Set out over a low-heat warmer or transfer to a slow cooker on low to hold temp during the party.
