16ozBourbon & Honey Smoked Sausagesliced into 1/2-inch coins
⅓cupbourbon
⅓cuphoney
2tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder
Pinchof red pepper flakes
Toothpicksfor serving
Instructions
Build the glaze. In a skillet over medium heat, stir together the bourbon, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
Add the sausage. Drop in the sausage coins and toss to coat.
Simmer. Cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces to a thick glaze that clings to each piece.
Serve warm. Transfer to a serving dish and stick a toothpick in each. Set out over a low-heat warmer or transfer to a slow cooker on low to hold temp during the party.
