Sweet BBQ Sheet Pan Dinner
When the weeknight calls for less fuss and more flavor, this is the move. Just three main ingredients, a hot oven, and a finishing drizzle of BBQ sauce on top of that already-sweet sausage.

Ingredients
- 1 package Bacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausage sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BBQ sauce for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat. Heat the oven to 425°F.
- Toss the veggies. On a sheet pan, toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the sausage. Scatter the sausage slices across the pan with the veggies.
- Roast. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and the sausage is glazed.
- Finish. Drizzle with BBQ sauce if you want a little tang to balance the sweet.
