1package Bacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausagesliced
1lbbaby potatoeshalved
12ozfresh green beanstrimmed
2tablespoonolive oil
Salt and pepperto taste
BBQ saucefor drizzling (optional)
Instructions
Preheat. Heat the oven to 425°F.
Toss the veggies. On a sheet pan, toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the sausage. Scatter the sausage slices across the pan with the veggies.
Roast. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and the sausage is glazed.
Finish. Drizzle with BBQ sauce if you want a little tang to balance the sweet.
