Sweet BBQ Sheet Pan Dinner

When the weeknight calls for less fuss and more flavor, this is the move. Just three main ingredients, a hot oven, and a finishing drizzle of BBQ sauce on top of that already-sweet sausage.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausage sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat. Heat the oven to 425°F.
  • Toss the veggies. On a sheet pan, toss the potatoes and green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the sausage. Scatter the sausage slices across the pan with the veggies.
  • Roast. Bake 25–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and the sausage is glazed.
  • Finish. Drizzle with BBQ sauce if you want a little tang to balance the sweet.
