A one-skillet supper that's basically a loaded baked potato in pan form. Crispy potatoes, tender broccoli, melty cheddar on top — and the sausage doing most of the seasoning.

Ingredients
16ozBacon Cheddar Sausagesliced into 1/2-inch rounds
4medium russet potatoescubed
1head broccolicut into florets
1cupshredded sharp cheddar
1tablespoonneutral oil
Salt and pepperto taste
Sour cream and sliced green onionsfor serving
Instructions
Crisp the potatoes. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium. Add the cubed potatoes and the sausage. Season with salt and pepper. Pan-fry 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes start to crisp at the edges.
Add the broccoli. Scatter the broccoli florets over the top. Cover with a lid and steam 5–7 minutes, until the broccoli is bright green and tender.
Melt the cheese. Sprinkle the cheddar over everything. Cover again for 1–2 minutes, until the cheese melts.
Serve. Spoon onto plates and top with sour cream and green onions.
