16ozBacon & Brown Sugar Smoked Sausagesliced into 1-inch rounds
1/4cupbrown sugar
2tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
Wooden skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
Preheat. Heat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.
Mix the glaze. Whisk the brown sugar, Dijon, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika in a small bowl until smooth.
Skewer up. Thread 3–4 sausage rounds onto each skewer. Lay them on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
Bake. Roast for 15–18 minutes, flipping once and re-glazing halfway through, until the sausage is glossy and caramelized.
