1French baguettesliced into rounds
6ozbrie cheeserind removed, sliced
2tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonhoney
Fresh rosemary sprigsfor garnish

Instructions
Toast the bread. Heat the oven to 400°F. Brush the baguette rounds with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Toast 6–8 minutes, until golden at the edges.
Sear the sausage. While the bread toasts, heat a skillet over medium and lightly sear the sausage slices, 1–2 minutes per side, just enough to wake them up.
Top with brie. Place a slice of brie on each warm crostini. The residual heat will start to soften it.
Build and finish. Add a sausage slice, a small drizzle of honey, and a crack of black pepper to each.
Garnish and serve. Top with a small sprig of rosemary and serve at room temperature.
