Local Chef Cullen Lord has specialized in Cajun cooking for over two decades.  He has always incorporated his handcrafted sausages into every menu he has ever created.  Without fail, it was always a crowd pleaser!   After persistent customers urging him to be able to take the product home with them  he is finally giving them what they want and offering his product at Atlanta Metro Farmers Market Spring of 2020.  

Chef Lord makes all his products with the best locally sourced products. He handcrafts his artisan sausages in small batches and flavors with an authentic Cajun flare derived from his Louisiana roots.
